Stan was the only one thoughtful enough to bring me a glass of water thirsty as i was while changing the tire to the vehicle i granted you as a present to drive .

my parents made the decision to put me in a hospital for mental treatment. the circumstances were chemical imbalance due to an overdose of a substance or substances found in a product i became a distributor of. at the time i did not s what i was taking or selling. i put trust in a stranger. and not only did i lose my balance but i upset the balance of the entire family for this one single seemingly small error in judgement. since then i married. a stranger again. and again i suffered but for 25 years. the difference here though is no substance abuse. just domestic abuse and forced into taking pills that yes in fact did not always work hence yes substance abuse yet again. but when you wash it down with kindness that can kill. you dont complain until its almost to late. then you realize you have no allies to come to your aid and little time or even a way to reach help. you are on a train you have only two choices. ride it out and falsley believe you will arrive alive. or dive off it into the wilderness penniless and unprepared. the best i could do was leap onto a passing train hoping for a better destination. oh a third option only if opportunity presents. this new train has a more pleasant ride, but on both trains have we forgotten ? I OWN THEM, SO WHY AM I BEING KEPT FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. WHEN I LIVED WITH PARENTS IT WAS THEIR HOME PAID. I UNDERSTOOD I HAD TO ABIDE. sometimes day one things look bad but on second attempt day two things are just fine again. i had put that sprite back in the freezer with hope that now that the air had influence in the mixture there might be a difference the next day. there was and a positive one at that. the soda was and had now frozen completely which it was unable to do before when sealed unopened. worth a look first i rinsed the outside with a little hot water. not just to melt a bit but also i dont like filth on products from everywhere its been along the way to arriving home to wind up in the house with me my family nor in my refrigerator keeping close company with the other things i eat and drink including the item itself. poured a glass in faith. was the way i expect i wanted it to taste yesterday. crisp clean and a bit icee and no sludge now. wow. well god is the air we breathe too so the air healed the soda ! so before you freeze a soda open it all the way once and retighten cap well for no leaks. problem solved ! paranoia dissolved. case closed. nobody convicted nor sentenced.

ONCE I REALIZED I WAS FOOLING MYSELF BY BEING A FOOL TO SOMETHING ( for which i am sure there can be more things ) I DID TRY SCARY THINGS AND THEY WORKED LIKE NOT SETTING MY ALARM TO GET UP FOR WORK AT A JOB THAT IF I LOST IT I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN BIG FINANCIAL TROUBLE. YET I PUT MY LIFE FIRST AND TRUSTED. SURE ENOUGH I WOKE UP WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE AT THE RIGHT TIME AND EVEN MORE BRIGHT EYED AND BUSHY TAILED THAN I WOULD WITH ALARM OR CLOCK RADIO NEARBY. LOTS OF THINGS IMMEDIATELY GOT BETTER. health, healing, quality of sleep, better dreams, you name it nothing provides a side effect when you take something away that is bad. what usually provides side effects are things you do as "work arounds" which we do when we find tthem best at that moment rather than to do another idea that appears more "perfect" in the first place but due to other factors, we have good reason to just do the workaround "for now".. i dont knock these work arounds, but dont ignore forever that someday they need to become departed and for good. alarms to me are "workarounds" whose time should end now because they are very dangerous particularly in electronic form, emf, ringtones, distraction, surprise on the mind, upsetting natural rhythms, etc. we never considered these factors before because we considered time a priority. time and death go hand in hand. longevity is here. and stopping death stops time too. with this halted, its time to toss time out the window. fear not, if time flies, youre having fun, and its never done. what more can you ask for.

i just finished an inspired rework of Whitney Houstons, "Greatest Love" i am posting here too now. perhaps this is just in time for whatever you are going through.

yes and i believe you are implying in that statement by saying "with others or alone" for which we need to realize no one is or will push us to walk with others at all. we can if we choose walk the entire road alone for we have that god given freedom. i am sure god does not want us to be alone. scary but gods loves us so much, he even though he desires what you have just stated. really wants us to make that decision to add others help support us and to share what we can, helping each other. to make this decision AS AN INDIVIDUAL. and for this, sometimes, no matter how we try to tug someone out of their shell who simply wants to just be alone. we are quite powerless there most of the time. and speaking of time, HERE TIME MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE WE CAN OFFER HAPPENS TO BE KEY TO WHEN ONE SHALL WAKE UP TO SEE THAT MORE CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED FOR THEMSELVES AND FOR OTHERS by exchanging loneliness and complete privacy usually fueled by fear, much of it false, and even if the fear is completely justified, you need to get past it when you decide something needs to get done, exchange these attributes for the company of those who are true and ready to understand you, comfort you, protect you, and so on.

having just written all the above on this post "here and now". i get like "deja vu" that what i just pulled out of my mind, was, in fact, found on a grade school "exam", for which could have even been one created on April fools day way back when. on further mining my mind, i get stronger vibes it was handed to me not even by a teacher, but i was in the luncheon line i believe and another student, was it Eric Lempky ? had this paper he was also proudly showing the otherrs in our circle which was our "fishing club". Eric, Paul Lambert, and Brett Sommers, were included. I, being a very nerdy outcast, was honored and greatful to have been permitted to enter this highly intellectual "closed group" for which i was educated about whatever the other established members shared of their fishing experiences, for which i had never fished, and i also came quickly up to speed as to the names of all the types of fish there are, and how to recognize them. there were many quizzes too, during our lunch meetings, complete with complimentary food provided by the education institution that was supporting our meetings at the time, both our allotted time and the refreshments were donated, as we were non-profit. but as i was in line like usual to get the "grub" like everyone else scheduled for that window of opportunity for providing nutrients for our bodies, for which i believe their were two half hour or maybe forty minute "shifts" and fortunately our club could exist because all the members by the grace of god or somebody higher up in the schools infinite wisdom of planning, or perhaps it was just luck, the "video" plays with high resolution now within my mind, cloudy perhaps, some frames have "dropped out", but there i was in line. and in fact first Eric noticed that i had chosen when i got to the line, to simply tack myself onto the end of it cause i didnt want to impose upon anyone that somehow i wanted to eat any sooner than they did, he calls or psssts out to me, gets my attention, waives me forward, convincing me that today dont worry, take my favor, and come up here, like cause he wants to show me something, when i get there, where he is in line, he had perhaps just show the others of our group and perhaps anyone else that he had come across in his travels with the school that day. he might have said, i wrote this last night on holloween eve. this is just to be read by people in our group. not sure, he also may have had to submit it for a class he was taking. in any case, what just eireely popped up out of my head as i am awake contemplating anything coming to mind, and if i find it "witty", i usually hurry if not too exhausted or still sleepy to get on my laptop to post it here on facebook. i read it in line. or perhaps i was tired of standing, there may have been a nearby desk, and he took me over to sit down to take this "test". he also may have assured me not to worry about our "position in line", the other members would be saving our place. and not to rush. worst case, the line would already be gone, and we would simply just walk up and get our food on our tray, to go eat. and even worst worst case, he promised we would get time to eat, and he planned to wait with me, keeping me company, and assured me, whenever we got to go eat, he would be there to partake lunch with me, and insure the kitchen did not deny us our lunch no matter how long i took to read and make my best choice. i believe he was pleased i got it right. i dont really remember what happened, but i think i did choose the answer that god is everywhere. after i answered and he was happy that the first test run of giving out his test to me, showed that the test taker would not be too confused as to being able to pick what at least Eric considered the "right answer" for which by me taking the test and without his revealing what he deemed the correct answer is, the consensus was sealed, and now he felt the confidence to run off more copies to pass out to others or perhaps that was how the class project worked. you gave the test you create, like you are practicing to become a teacher, to all the students in your same class or maybe the class had two sessions, and your test actually went to the other session and visa versa so those students were isolated from knowing who wrote the test, and that was better insured simply because as the "mock teacher', the experiment was more safetly kept valid by not having the students taking your test really know who you are, the teacher, for there would be more possibility for "insider trading" where there could be students taking your test for which you gave them the answer being friends before they took the test. otherwise you, the mock teacher, could perhaps guarantee yourself a good grade like an A, simply by sneaking the test and the answer to everyone in your class, so then all your students get your test right, showing falsly to your teacher the real teacher of the class who assigned this project, that you are able to write good test questions that are not confusing and your students do not have a problem understanding your questions and getting the right answer. as i looked over his test, i can picture myself at that desk down the hall from the cafeteria, Eric may have even gone out of his way to put the desk there, i had asked whats this test, why did you have to make it, etc. he gave me i lengthy explanation for which now you have basically the same explanation now written above in this comment. and after i answered. i may not have had to write on the paper to check my answer or we erased it because it was the master copy before he made the other copies. and before we finished this "exercise" he got curious if i had noticed the final answer possibility that dragged on down the page similar to what is shown above. he said like "guess who, or do you know whom i am referring to in that last possible answer ? i believe i had starting reading the last answer above then maybe stopped short before getting to the bottom simply because many times when we took real tests, we did not waste time reading everything for once we determined it could not be the correct answer, we moved on, kept scanning the page with our eyes, to more quickly find what we deemed IS the correct answer, check it, underline it, whatever, and then again move on to the next question, all the while hoping we can get every question answered and hopefully correct too before the allotted time. also, the tests for this project were designed to be short, and could have also had a time limit of say 5 minutes. could have been 5 minutes per question if you had multiple questions on your "mock test" but now to finish this story, he takes extra time to now focus on this last possible answer. he says, ok now read it more carefully and tell me who could have wrote that last answer possibility. i read it. over and over. thought about it. he said take your time, dont worry, i know the cafeteria staff well, i will make sure we get to eat, and i will be there to eat with you since i know you dont like eating by yourself. things get foggy again here now, cause i dont recall if i figured it out completely, i may have had at first no clue what he was getting at, for which he provided small clue after clue. finally i saw what he was getting at. that someone sly or evil must have written just that last answer. i may not have known about there being an Evil One or master of evil for whom is called The Devil. i am sure i admitted that to Eric when he revealed that he intended the test taker realize that the intention was to notice that the devil wrote the last answer possibility. i had never been to church, i am sure i had to explain that to him as to why i did not completely figure that out or at least not provide the title of what is All Evil. we might have discussed that was jewish and my parents are not religious, i had not even been to a temple. he imparted to me that he and his parents are regular church goers and so that is how he learned about this to use it in this test. in the end he congratulated me as having passed. not only getting the answer to the question, but having at least determined that an evil entity was responsible for coming up with the very last answer available at the bottom of the page. satisfied his test was solid. his confidence was high that he had the best test in fact, and was going to get the highest grade on the project. i think now what happened next. maybe the line did not move as fast as it could have and he offered to let me have "cuts" so we could get lunch together as a club while making use of the wait not to just be bored standing there. i accepted as he assured me i was not going to get in trouble. i got concerned perhaps about those behind me. he may have shouted to everyone behind us "does anybody care ..." etc for which no one if commenting said anything with disapproval. i relaxed. some other moment during that lunch "scene" he made an analogy about this Devil for which i did not understand why it was important to know that evil does exist. he said this to me: in fact he pulled me aside out of the line because part of what he wanted to warn me about as he said i was privileged to get this information only because i have been a very good friend, when he said this warning to me, it was similar to a parable for which i knew not what a parable was yet. and before or after he told that to me he explained that that message came from the church service he and his parents went to last sunday night which could have been yesterday then if this was the beginning of the school week and it was monday. if monday was holloween, go figure if we can calculate what year this conversation happened. and so he referenced not only the days or nights experience in church, like the pastors message to the congregation, but also added more proof that the message is backed by truth because his parents had had an experience of wanting to sue someone who perhaps had wronged them. the father had gotten a lawyer involved. things dragged on. and in the end not much gain was made by his family, and the only one who really benefited from the entire ordeal was the lawyers, and so the message at the church that past evening was "right on the money" to warn all the "lamb" not to bother with such things because not only is it not generally "godly" for we should rather simply forgive, but that by being lead into temptation to purse what you believe is deserved compensation, you are just making friends with this Devil who is only out to "consume you and your loved ones" from Eric may have also come the first time i heard the saying. The Devil comes to Rob, Hurt, and Destroy. and finally he told me the parable which he may have simply memorized from the pastors teachings just the night before. i think he explained that there can be more than one service, some people cant go in the mornings so they repeat the message for the "working people" in the evenings particularly when messages are given that dont fall on weekends. if you go to church of course you already know this. for me, then, this was all like news to me. and the parable goes "there once was a rat. - for which i may have interjected, do we have to use a rat who was going to be eaten by a lion. here i dont like rats much.- for which he restarted - there once was a squirrel - no wait i sensed actually a squirrel was in danger and this made me feel like i didnt want to hear the rest of the story so he renamed it to a rat or something so it would no longer bother me for him to continue with this parable. If you can't do that, you need to do miracles at your job, so they don't need you there at the crack of dawn to do miracles later because you helped the company to improve so much, you are still needed, but now you can relax and get to work when you are ready, because other people now can cover for you cause you made the system at work that much better ! Try it ! I lived it !
