physical scuffles obstructing her
liberty to Freely leave his
premises as she pleases.
Attempting to assist her in
leaving one past day
i was met with his fist
in my face.
The hallway cameras
would show this
although i have not
reviewed them.




Michael lives on the third floor
in unit 130.
Tiffany claims he is no threat
nor danger to anyone.
The neighborhood there
by Kings Court Apartments
is clearly a drug abuse zone.
i have witnessed this
personally without
participation as i
am not under
any addictions.
Mike needs assistance
with his mental stability.
i am aware and able to assess
this is true. i am from a
background of experiences
in understanding this
which includes having
been a patient and hospitalized
in my past. In the background
while conversing with Tiffany,
i heard him say repeatedly
"Dale, Im going to fuck you up.
I know where you live"
For everyones safety,
including Michaels,
I feel its best
we maintain some level
of supervision for Mike
to make certain no one
could be hurt harmed etc
