im forwarding this regular mail and better arrive and the condo violation better be dropped . Shutters are mine not the condos .internal to my unit . Requests should not be sent as violations because a criminal calls the association who is not a renter nor owner and wants easy access to my unit when currently their status is that they cannot visit the unit as I am not present there to meet them .the intent of the letter was criminal in nature brought to the association's attention simply to facilitate entry to my unit UNauthorized . I have attended to the condo issue personally and the letter did state that after giving proper attention to the letter .. the letter may be disregarded . and so it is done .
